Please use the "label"  command to create a new Volume for:
    Storage:      FileStorage
    Media type:   File
    Pool:         Default

Bacula versions range from 1.36.3 to 1.36.1.

I'm running 1.38.0 here -- when the DST switch happened, the scheduled backups actually ran twice.
