uhmmmm....I don't understand why recycling happen exactly one hour after the job scheduling...
each Volume has a retention of 6d, so the Wednesday Volume should be in recycle state at least 24 hours before the new job....I believe the last Wednesday job was finished last Thursday morning (at most during the morning).
Then, why Bacula is not trying to mount the volume itself? Why does it wait for human intervention?
Do you think there may be any bug around my Solaris 10 build?

Well, the job is purged at the time the backup starts but the volume
isnt recycled yet - so it`s not available.

Here we see the recycling ... after that the tape is usable for the
backup but it does not try to mount it itself. Issuing a mount command
starts the whole process. Maybe you should configure your retention-time
a little different (-> earlier).
