Doing mtx -f /dev/sg0 load 1 0
As your storage configuration looks ok on a first read - does your
bacula-sd run as root? If it doesn't, try the mtx-chnager command as the
bacula user, and then (most probably) you know that you have to change
permissions of your device nodes...
