If you do not know how to accomplish that you may want to read: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/privilege-system.html Go create an account that has the appropriate permissions to the database you use for Bacula. If you are completely lost and don't even have a password to access the database any more then you can also start your "mysqld" (the server process of MySQL) with the "--skip-grant-tables" option. This will allow you to administer/use the database without any security. Then fix the permissions and quickly remove that option again.
