I found the Bug.
After installing the mysql Package for PHP, the Website worked fine.

Probably you don't have some required libraries or rather PHP extensions. PEAR is the keyword here. Or you didn't configure bacula-web correctly, although I'd say it's the PEAR stuff that's missing.
