I'm trying to create one following the online manual.
I'm a bit confused though. In the following instructions:

(Build a working version of Bacula in the
 bacula-source directory)
cd <bacula-source>
./configure (your options)
make
cd <bacula-rescue-source>
./configure --with-bacula=<path-to-bacula-source>
cd linux/cdrom
su (become root)
make all

I'm a bit nervous about this bit

"cd <bacula-source>
./configure (your options)
make
"

Will that effect bacula that is already installed, configured and running?
also

"cd <bacula-rescue-source>
./configure --with-bacula=<path-to-bacula-source>"
I'm assuming the rescue source is in this folder /root/bacula-1.36.3/rescue

There is no configure script in this folder???
Anyone point me in the right direction.

TIA
