FIXED!!!

I think....so far I've run 2 backups to the disk devices and will run
the tape jobs later, but it looks good so far!

Gave me a hint to start looking at bacula-sd.conf again and I added
the Autochanger "device" directive.

Upon restarting bacula I would get:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] bin]# ./bacula start
Starting the Bacula Storage daemon
05-Jan 09:31 bacula-sd: ERROR TERMINATION at parse_conf.c:781
Config error: expected resource name, got: Autochanger
            : line 139, col 12 of file /root/bacula/bin/bacula-sd.conf
Autochanger {

Starting the Bacula File daemon
Starting the Bacula Director daemon

I finally looked in the directory at the files and found that
bacula-sd THE EXECUTABLE was the old 1.36.3 version!!

Somehow in the make install the process did not copy the configs OR
the bacula-sd executable to the destination directory - something you
may want to check or possibly just an anomaly here. I also saw the
following files were not updated and could not find them in the source
structure at all:

-rwxr-xr-- 1 root root 3433151 Jul 19 13:28 bcopy
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root root 3561906 Jul 19 13:28 bextract
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root root 3498149 Jul 19 13:28 bls
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root root 3822264 Jul 19 13:28 bscan
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root root 3518742 Jul 19 13:28 btape

Am I missing something here or are they not built in 1.38.3 BETA??
