Title: Removing Offsite Volumes from Volume List

Specs:  bacula-1.38.1 On Linux EL AS 3 with apache 2 and mysql 4.1.15-standard

I have an offsite pool that fills up two tapes every Saturday which I ship offsite. However, the tapes continue to show up in volume list.

Ive tried changing their status to Archive but they are still there. In my volume list below, the ones that say archive are tapes that are not present in the library.

At anytime, I may have to recall those tapes to do a restore. Can somebody tell me how I can take the tapes out of my bacula volume list since they are sent offsite?
