So I discovered that the "purge jobs volume" command is to be run as
such. I guess was I accustomed to seeing commands like this in which
the 'volume' would have been replaced with the volume you wanted.  My
mistake!

I was able to purge the volumes and bacula has now recycled them.  It
looks like I should be OK on the next backup.
