How did you install Bacula? From source or using a package?
and in my /var/bacula/log is having this

bacula-dir is already running. pid=3937
Check file /var/run/bacula-dir.9101.pid
Well, the DIR thinks there's another DIR running. Check if the given PID
refers to a bacula-dir process.
