I think the answer is probably no, but is it possible using the current Linux NTFS driver to do a backup of an NTFS filesystem in such a way that it is indistinguishable from a win32 backup of the same drive?
And more importantly, if NTFS writing actually worked properly, would it be possible to do a restore of a win32 (not in portable mode) backup under Linux?
