ok ! I found why defblksize and sesetoptions didn't work ...
I'm running Debian and I had to install mt-st package (seems that I had 
an obscure GNU version of mt (?)).
Now those options are recognized.

Let's try to make some backup/restore tests ... and see if it works ...
