If you use bconsole - query  - 15: List Volumes Bacula thinks are in changer

What do you see in the "storage" column? All the entries should be for the 
autochanger and not the individual drives.


The fastest fix in the meantime is to unload the tape, then rerun the 
bconsole "mount" command.
