Make sure you are running at least some version of 1.38.x, then simplify the problem down to a single directory (special fileset) containing only a couple of files, run the job, then run the verify save the job output, then open a bug report (bugs.bacula.org) and include the job output and the relevant parts of the bacula-dir.conf file (backup job resource and verify resource).
