Hello,

I have now cut a new BETA version 1.39.32 version of Bacula. It has just
about finished all the regression scripts, so if all goes well, I will be
releasing it tomorrow morning (my time). This version is *very* close to
what the final 1.40 release will be. All the major bugs have been fixed
(waiting confirmation on one). There are still a few "minor" bugs that I
will probably cleanup before the final release, but at this point, I don't
expect many changes, and unless some major problem comes up, the official
release will probably be next week just after Christmas.

This release is pulled from the current code in the CVS.

If you can test it, I would much appreciate your feedback.

In the mean time, my best wishes to all of you for the holiday season.

Best regards,

Kern

PS: either tonight or tomorrow morning, I'll be off-line for 2-4 hours (maybe
longer in case of problems) because I will be doing a major upgrade from
Fedora FC4 to SuSE 10.2 on my server. All my other machines are already
running SuSE 10.2, but upgrading a server is a lot tricker.
