bacula 1.38.11 is the most recent this moment, but I just submitted 2.0.0 so it should be available in the next day or two (or I could make my builds available if you are in a hurry).

If I ever get my backups working, I'll put some time into making a bacula-fd.dmg - it shouldn't be this hard for someone to just backup a mac!
