Item 1: Adjust database-scripts to be able to run remotely
  Origin: Andreas Nemeth [EMAIL PROTECTED]
  Date: 13 January 2007
  Status:

What: Adjust the database scripts (see Notes) to take the hostname of the
machine where the database is running as an argument and pass it to the
database-client calls.

Why: The scripts, in contrary to the director itself, make the assumption
that the database is running on localhost. This clearly has not to be true.

Notes: The affected scripts would be create_bacula_database,
drop_bacula_database, drop_bacula_tables, grant_bacula_privileges,
make_bacula_tables, update_bacula_tables, the respective
{mysql,postgresql}-scripts and make_catalog_backup.
