Adam,
Take a look at the directive "Prefer Open Volumes". I had to set this
to No
to get concurrent jobs to run on 2 tape drives.
The only other significant difference that I see is that I have
AutoSelect
set to 'yes' in my config under the Device entry in the SD config file.
