Had an epiphany right after: the error I got was coming from sshd,
saying this was not allowed (I hadn't seen it when I wrote the message),
just the auth error from Bacula. sshd needed AllowTcpForwarding = yes --
no problems after that.
Hopefully this will hep someone down the road. :)
