Quite obvious, I think... the SD is waiting for the FD conection. This might indicate a networking problem, a firewall misconfiguration, or a broken setup of Bacula. Make sure the client machine can connect to the SD - using ping to ensure basic communication, and telnet to ensure the SD port can be configured. Also, ensure the restore job you set up advertises the correct SD address to the FD.
