Yep, positive.
http://packages.ubuntu.com/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?word=bscan&searchmode=searchfiles&case=insensitive&version=feisty&arch=i386
shows a positive result.  Feisty has usr/bin/bscan (as does edgy)

http://packages.ubuntu.com/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?word=bscan&searchmode=searchfiles&case=insensitive&version=dapper&arch=i386
shows no hits for bscan on dapper

"apt-cache search bscan" on a feisty system shows 4 packages, while the 
same command on dapper shows 0.  I guess I'll have to upgrade, but not 
util after my recovery!
