Feisty has usr/bin/bscan (as does edgy)
http://packages.ubuntu.com/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?word=bscan&searchmode=searchfiles&case=insensitive&version=dapper&arch=i386 shows no hits for bscan on dapper "apt-cache search bscan" on a feisty system shows 4 packages, while the same command on dapper shows 0. I guess I'll have to upgrade, but not util after my recovery!
