Was this with a tape that has been used already? In that case, the
problem is to be expected.
If you wrote to that tape only after the "Two EOF" were set and the SD
restarted, and then got that problem, I'm running out of ideas...
probably the best thing you can do now is investigating the caching
problem Kern mentioned...
