I've tryed to backup as Administrator and/or backup operators, but it
seems to does not work.

I get something like:

27-Aug 09:17 bacula-fd:      Could not open directory f:/DfsRoot/Data:
ERR=Access is denied.

27-Aug 09:17 bacula-fd:      Could not open directory f:/DfsRoot/DOC:
ERR=Access is denied.

27-Aug 09:17 bacula-fd:      Could not open directory f:/DfsRoot/Home:
ERR=Access is denied.

27-Aug 09:17 bacula-fd:      Could not open directory
f:/DfsRoot/PublicFolder: ERR=Access is denied.

Thank you :)
