This is mainly a desaster recovery situation, and is, IIRC, described 
in the manual.

Basically, you need a current catalog dump, preferrably the existing 
bootstrap files, and the configuration files.

After you re-installed the server and Bacula, you load the catalog 
dump into your database, install the configuration files, and should 
be able to start Bacula.
