I can see init on the cd, why wont the darn sytem find it?

My guess is that it has something to do with file system support that is
missing, or maybe its the loop device?

Ive rebuilt things a few times, but I still cant get things to gel.

The CD boots grub just fine, but after the kernel loads, it panics
stating that it cant find init.

Basic details, 

CPU     Quad Xeon
Distro  Ubuntu Gutsy
Bacula  v2.02

Any suggestions on a fix, or ts tips, would be greatly appreciated.
