Well, I'm not a developer of Bacula, but I looked at Microsofts web 
site, and their knowledge bvase states that the Backup API windows 
offers can handle encrypted files. This is the API Bacula uses on windows.

So, in theory, I understand that Bacula should already correctly 
handle encrypted files from windows.

I suppose you have to run the FD as the Backup user, or as a member of 
the Backup operators group.

This, of course, depends a lot on on your system setup - I'm not a 
windows admin, but I know that AD can make this quite interesting to 
set up...
