I checked both of those. I did turn off the firewall. This particular PC 
uses Norton Internet Suite. I also verified the director's pw was in the 
console.conf and bacula-fd.conf on the Windows box and the users 
password from the Windows bacula.conf was in the client section of the 
bacula-dir.conf .
