Hmm, actually I think that the 2nd issue is causing the first one, because as 
I described, I see only 1 full backup volume (and it's dark yellow) in 
Version Browser - so it cannot be selected and that's why some folders that 
are only on that volume, are not shown.

The folder has:
Oct  1 13:44 Kliendivoog
Dec 14 14:28 Maildir
Dec  4 09:14 Palgalipikud
Oct 31 11:46 Palgatabelid
Jul  4 09:26 Puhkusegraafikud
Dec  6 13:35 Raport
Nov 27 13:19 T????graafikud

Version Browser doesn't show me folders: Kliendivoog, Palgatabelid, 
Puhkustegraafikud. And it looks quite logical as the only full backup (done 
on 05.Nov) can not be selected.

PS. I've now upgraded Bacula (both Bat and the server) from 2.2.5 to 2.2.6.
