Yes, add

Ignore FileSet Changes = "yes"

to your fileset.

The problem is that this won't work this time, since
the fileset already changed (even adding this directive
changes it), but any subsequent fileset changes won't
result in promoting the next backup to full. The best
way would be to add this into the fileset just before
the next full.
