As far as I know, not directly, i.e. running a FD on the Novell server. The most reasonable approach is, if you're running the Novell stuff under linux, running Novells tool to dump the filesystem-specific metadata first, and then back up the files from linux' point of view. If you're running Novell natively, you have to mount the file systems you're interested in to a bacula client and back up from there. This will make it harder to get complete metatdata, though.
