Hello guys,
i am a little confused regarding volume retention times defined in pool
resources.
Let's take this as a good example, a monthly backup with a retention of
15 months:
Pool {
Name = Pool-monthly
Pool Type = Backup
Recycle = yes
Use Volume Once = yes
AutoPrune = yes
Volume Retention = 15 months
Label Format = "monthly-"
Maximum Volumes = 15
}
What happens if 15 months are over and the volume has NOT been
overwritten from the recycle process yet (if we say the 15 month period
has expired and 5 days later, it will be recycled)? Is it still possible
to restore this old volume?
If yes, only the backup as a whole or single, selected files either?
