Hello, what do you mean "it is a pratical joke or a time bomb"?
In the links I've pasted there's also the Fedora "user registry" for uids/gids, it is at: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageUserRegistry Remember this is a Fedora package and not a package for everyone, so it follows those guidelines. I will come back here in the next days if I'm allowed to remove the fedora-usermgmt requirements in the package.
