thank you, found out where the problem was:

the webserver did not work the way it was intended, that´s why it worked.
it had on the webserver from a forgotten tomcat connect to an application 
server in the LAN a route defined to the private network via the firewall and a 
rule on the firewall. together with the new 9103 port rule it worked with the 
192.168.xxx.xxx address of the SD.

i reverted all entries to the ip address and took out the entries in 
/etc/hosts, added a route on the webserver and both servers now connect back 
through the FW.
