Hello,

Despite you not finding anything in the manual, there *is* a whole chapter entitled "Installing Bacula" that specifically talks about the subject as well as specific chapters on MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Given your insistence on getting an answer on the weekend, I suggest investing in a Gold support contract (just kidding, of course) :-)

Hi,

After installing Bacula 5 from source with MySQL already running, I can't start Bacula but get the message it can't access the database. I've tried to find out how to create which tables, but so far I can't find any info about it in the manual. Suggestions are welcome...

Thanks
