There is a good explanation about the Options resource of FileSets in
http://www.bacula.org/7.4.x-manuals/en/main/main.pdf on page 166. After
reading it carefully I could understand why compression was not working for
you (specifically, the FileSet you posted). I recommend you have a look at
it :).
