There is no Bacula Dir plugin for FreeNAS (official), only Bacula Dir info available to contact with your Bacula SD jail (the director outside the FreeNAS allowed to contact to your bacula-sd plugin).
You can install a Bacula Dir instance through a Bacula Jail inside your FreeNAS but is not oficialy supported by the FreeNAS plugins. If you don't want to fight with the creation of a jail with in Bacula director and Database for Catalog inside the FreeNAS Machine, you must use another Machine in the Network to do the role and then, add as Storage daemon the FreeNAS Bacula-sd plugin.
