It looks you server  mufasa.homecomfort.at is not accepting incoming
packages from port 9103, you can try the command below to test:
telnet  mufasa.homecomfort.at 9103

Should be return something like this:

Trying mufasa.homecomfort.at...
Connected to mufasa.homecomfort.at.
Escape character is '^]'.
^CConnection closed by foreign host.
