It would be nice if you could post your bacula-sd.conf Device configuration. 
You most use iscsi initiator to log in into your NAS, create partition on the 
disk, create a FS, add disk to the fstab, mount it and give full permission to 
the bacula Linux user. 
Your Archive Device directive from the bacula-sd.conf Device resource should 
match the mounting directory.
