Yes: figure out why it's crashing and fix that.

You can use nagios, net-snmp, or mon if that's still available, to send
you an alert if bacula-dir is not running, and then you can go in and
fix whatever's causing the crash. Last I looked systemd only gave you
the option to keep restarting things without fixing anything.
