Heitor has a write-up on using rclone-changer to do backup to cloud storage: http://bacula.us/storing-backups-to-the-oracle-cloud-storage-archive-classic/ But it is my impression that bacula is unable to auto-label volumes on any kind of autochanger, you have to pre-label a fixed set.
