Sorry for the grey off-topic, but I was pretty impressed by this company in
Uruguay that remotely outsources backup administration and works with several
backup software, including Community and Enterprise Bacula

I never knew of such a business model before, and I thought it could be of
someone interest.
It has a high-cost reduction potential, specially for non-IT companies.
