Hello Liam, For the jobs not available in job selection menu, you need to make sure:
1. BWeb is able to use bconsole. On the "Main ⇒ Configuration ⇒ Configure BWeb" page there is a button to test it. 2. You reloaded Director configuration after committing workset with this job in BWeb. For the log out button, if you use any type of authentication (web server auth, system auth), the button (link, in real) should be available at the red top bar. I hope it helps.
