For Debian, at first I had to do it differently.

If you installed bacula via source, after installing lib, you enter the
bacula source folder and execute the command below.

root@bacula:~/bacula-9.6.6/src# cd stored/

# make install-cloud

/root/bkp-bacula/bacula-9.6.6/autoconf/mkinstalldirs /etc/bacula/plugins
/root/bkp-bacula/bacula-9.6.6/libtool --silent --tag=CXX --mode=install
/usr/bin/install -c -m 0750 bacula-sd-cloud-driver.la /etc/bacula/plugins
libtool: install: warning: remember to run `libtool --finish /usr/lib'
/bin/rm -f /etc/bacula/plugins/bacula-sd-cloud-driver.la
