Hi,

we are using the Open Source and the Enterprise version of Bacula. We are also
maintaining since years the port of Bacula on OpenBSD. The forum is for sure
the wrong place to report a problem. When there is a problem, what can happen,
then it should be reported as an issue on the bug tracker. As you maybe know,
features from Bacula Enterprise are normally back ported to the OSS version.
You can assume that the S3 is working on Enterprise.

On the other site, when there are enough people which help to test a new
release, problems can be fixed before a final release. There is a mailing list,
where people can get involved easily and help with testing,
https://sourceforge.net/projects/bacula/lists/bacula-devel
<https://sourceforge.net/projects/bacula/lists/bacula-devel>

Unfortunately not many people get involved there. OpenBSD is not an official
supported platform provided from Bacula Systems, but so far, when we was
running in a problem, we found a helpful hand. We self did not had any demand
for this plugin so far but we are using other plugins and our installations are
from a handful servers up to a few PetaByte.

The community should not be only a consumer but also a contributor and testing
does not require any programming skills.

Regards
Reiner
