Hello Robin, If you had previously installed both bacula-postgresql and bacula-mysql, I would suggest you remove one of them. These are Director, File Daemon and Storage Daemon for either PostgreSQL or MySQL/MariaDB.
As you have problems getting Director and/or Storage installed, it is possible the installation is not successful because you are installing these two packages. Please confirm if you have a bacula PostgreSQL or a MySQL database. This is very important. You need to use the correct one for the upgrade.
