Better, reached 180MB/s. Probably i need to move bacula spool on a dedicated SSD disk (currently, on an ZFS RAID pool, backed up with an SSD read cache) to reach better performaces. Still incremental are very slow... not writing to LTO, but caching data; true that currently read pool is the same pool where the cache reside, but i make a note...
