I reply myself; yes.

I've modified fileset as:

  Include {
    Options {
      Signature = MD5
      accurate = sm
    }

leading to:

  Elapsed time:           47 mins 56 secs
  Priority:               10
  FD Files Written:       47,709
  SD Files Written:       47,709
  FD Bytes Written:       126,815,202,922 (126.8 GB)
  SD Bytes Written:       126,827,609,023 (126.8 GB)

so reducing 'accurate' checks to the barely minimum possible to have an
incremental backup, i have pretty decent incremental speed.


Probably at the cost of having 'larger incremental then needed', but for now
tape storage space is not a problem.
