Yes, this is what would be expected if you try to do this because they are different jobs. I understand what you're trying to do, what I don't understand is why you're trying to do it. This is not the way the tool works, and it would greatly complicate matters.
Let's take a step back. What are you trying to ACCOMPLISH by trying to make the Full and Differential separate Jobs, instead of different levels of the same Job? What are you hoping to gain?
