I can confirm that the patch provided on github resolves the issue. Thank you so much for looking into this and resolving it so quickly.
FWIW: the bacularis-web and bacularis-standalone docker containers also suffer from this bug. Before reading this email I had actually setup a Ubuntu Server in a kvm virtual machine to just run bacularis-standalone docker container and chromium-browser to eliminate any other environmental conflicts and they did the same window collapsing when changing JobDefs.
