I'd like to ask if anyone could shine a light on the meaning of the log
below. The error arises from a copy job that is called by a 'run after'
script in a differential backup job. There are several other backup jobs
all set up in the same way so that at the end of each backup job, when it
completes, a copy job is started to copy the backup to a separate NAS. The
backup job that calls the copy job runs without error. This has just
started happening after working correctly for a couple of month or so and
is the only one where this error occurs. This behaviour was entirely
repeatable for this one job only. The solution I eventually found was to
delete all the prior Differential and Incremental Backup and Copy jobs
leaving only last Fulls. The problem Differential and Incremental Backup
and Copy jobs then ran without error. Problem solved therefore but I'm
curious what the error message is trying to tell me.

Some other facts that might be relevant:
The filesets on all the jobs use MD5 signature, accurate on
The DIR, FD and SD are on the same machine (m910q)
Backup storage is a separate NAS on the same LAN
Copy storage is another separate NAS (device=usb16tb) on the same LAN
There is no encryption or TLS
All components are v15

Happy New Year
